Treatment Contraindications
Please disclose before care
- Active acne, cystic breakouts, or skin infections in the treatment area
- Use of Accutane in the past 6 months
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- History of keloid scarring
- Active herpes simplex, eczema, or psoriasis in the area
- Blood-thinning medications without physician clearance
- Active skin infections, sunburn, or open wounds in the treatment area
- Recent use of retinoids, exfoliating acids, or wax within 7 days
- Use of Accutane in the past 6 months
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Recent laser resurfacing or aggressive treatments
- Cold urticaria, Raynaud's, or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Severe circulatory or heart conditions
- Open wounds or active infection in the treatment area
- Uncontrolled diabetes or neuropathy
- Cold intolerance or cold-triggered conditions
- Recent injectables in the treatment area (please wait 14 days)
- Active rosacea flare or broken skin
- Cold urticaria, Raynaud's, or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria
- Open wounds, active infection, or compromised circulation in the treatment area
- Severe neuropathy or reduced sensation in the treatment area
- Recent surgery or acute injury without physician clearance
- Active acne or inflamed lesions
- Recent chemical peel, sunburn, or laser treatment
- Rosacea, eczema, or fragile capillaries in treatment area
- Use of retinoids within 7 days
- Pacemaker or implanted electronic device
- Pregnancy
- Metal implants in the treatment area
- Uncontrolled hypertension or heart condition
- Epilepsy or seizure disorder
- Active infection, cold sores, or open wounds in treatment area
- Please disclose any allergies, medications, and recent treatments prior to service
- Active back acne with open cystic lesions requires medical clearance
- Recent sunburn or open wounds in the treatment area
- Photosensitizing medications
- Active skin cancer in treatment area
- Pregnancy — please consult your physician
- Organ transplant recipients
- Active malignant disease

Booking Policy
All appointments require a valid card on file to reserve your time. Nicole's services are reserved by phone only at 727-906-7397; other providers may accept online or text bookings via their own systems.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% service fee.
Late Arrival Policy
To honor every guest's time, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled at the provider's discretion.
No Show Policy
Missed appointments without notice may be charged the full service fee and require prepayment for future bookings.
